The mission and objective of the Maison Française du Cap are:
- To promote reciprocal trade between France and South Africa by providing a range of services and activities aimed at facilitating business opportunities within the French and South African business communities.
The FSACCI provides, through its panel of services, activities and its network of members, an efficient business support mechanism for French companies investigating business opportunities in South Africa as well as for South African companies wishing to set up business links with France.
- Support to French companies in their commercial endeavours and promotion of French investments in the region. In participation with the Johannesburg Economic Mission, the Cape Town Economic Mission covers the sectors of vine growing, fruits and vegetables, fishing, boat building, petrol resources, gas resources and large distribution.
